Through my practice, I offer solutions tailored specifically to address concerns related to breast and ovarian cancers. I am also the author of a book on nutrition and its impact on cancer. Furthermore, I co-led a study on nutrition, for cancer survivors which was published in the journal Nutrients. My approach involves incorporating plant-based foods to help you reconnect with your body's strengths. With my qualifications, as a nutritionist and educator, I have the expertise to translate science into practical solutions that are tailored to your specific needs. Here are some highlights of my background; I have served as a professor at Touro University, where I developed a curriculum covering science eating disorders and intuitive eating for allied health undergraduates. As a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, I am involved in Dietetic Practice Groups such as Oncology Nutrition, Vegetarian Nutrition, and Nutrition Entrepreneurs.
