I'm a registered dietitian and yoga teacher based in Los Angeles. My passion lies in supporting individuals dealing with GERD, LPR, and Acid Reflux helping them lead a lifestyle through nutrition, mindfulness, and exercise. I'm also a mother, to girls who share my love for cooking and spending time in the kitchen. I obtained my Master's degree in Nutritional Sciences from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA). Actively engage as a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the Food and Culinary Professionals dietetic practice group. One personal experience that significantly impacted my focus was when I faced a health scare back in 2017. I was diagnosed with a case of GERD. Since then, it has motivated me to shift my attention toward addressing this condition Throughout these years I've had the privilege of assisting individuals in achieving their health goals. With an emphasis on family nutrition due, to having kids myself I've not worked with individual objectives but have also implemented strategies that involve the entire family. Additionally, I've successfully supported people in lowering cholesterol levels improving blood sugar levels, and reducing blood pressure—issues that unfortunately affect Americans. As someone who has always prioritized my health above all else, I was taken aback by the health crisis. It took me some time to figure out what exactly worked for me in terms of healing and getting rid of my GERD symptoms. Based on my experience I developed a protocol, for healing and a plan to effectively manage GERD in the term. I can relate to what you're going through and genuinely understand the challenges. I'm thrilled to be able to share my Healing GERD Protocol with you aiming for a healthier version of yourself.
