For wellness-oriented businesses and partners, we provide consultation services along with our expertise, in recipe creation menu planning, and integrating nutrition technology. Our aim is to help you bring your vision to reality seamlessly. During our session lasting 60 minutes, we will concentrate on understanding your needs. We strongly believe that each individual deserves a treatment plan tailored to their needs and goals. To achieve this, we conduct an analysis to understand your requirements and determine areas that require attention. The duration of your care is flexible. Depends entirely on you. Initially, it is common for clients to have sessions, for 3 to 6 months. As they become more comfortable with their habits and lifestyle these sessions gradually become less frequent. During our consultations, we will cover aspects including your medical conditions, family history recent lab results, medications and supplements you take any weight challenges or history you may have experienced in the past energy levels throughout the day sleep patterns, stress levels including anxiety and depression if applicable any digestive issues you face with your gastrointestinal system as well as eating patterns (including those of your entire family). We will also focus on identifying any habitual challenges you might be dealing with. Additionally, we'll review your long-term goals together. Once we have gathered all this information about you, we will create a customized protocol specifically designed to address your needs. We'll then schedule follow-up accountability sessions that typically last between 15 and 60 minutes. These sessions will provide guidance and assistance in managing aspects along with dietary components—all aimed at helping you achieve the desired results that you truly deserve. Our fee for these services is $160, per hour. Many clients prioritize addressing their habits, behavior patterns, and mental well-being. However, some individuals take an approach by investigating the causes of their concerns. In some cases, we encourage efforts, with physicians and psychologists or availing additional services that we offer. It's important to note that these services are optional and serve as enhancements; Metabolism Testing Gut Health Testing Food Sensitivity Testing Lab work Meal Planning Nutrition Genetic Testing Please be aware that most of these features incur a charge as they may not be covered by insurance or fall outside our sessions.
