I completely understand the struggles of juggling work, and family, and trying to make nutritious meals happen. Helping my clients achieve health is what I'm truly passionate, about! I strongly believe that every person has their journey with food shaped by their past experiences. Sometimes having all that nutrition knowledge can be overwhelming and confusing. That's why my main goal is to simplify nutrition and focus on food. No processed or "diet" foods for us! With over 16 years of experience in practice, I've gained insights into overcoming health challenges. I hold both Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Oklahoma. I continuously update my knowledge through education. From infants to adults, I work with people of all ages. On a note dealing with my health issues has given me firsthand experience in making dietary and lifestyle adjustments. Outside of work, you'll find me enjoying quality time with my husband and two kids. We love traveling hiking in nature tending to our garden and cooking up meals together.
