Kathy Glazer Professor of Nutrition Kathy has been working as a registered dietitian since 1982. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University and her Master of Science degree, in Nutrition Science from Case Western Reserve University. She has also taught Nutrition as a professor at George Mason University. Besides her practice she works as a Certified Health Coach for Optiva. Ms. Glazer previously served as the director of nutrition services for the George Washington University Weight Management Program. She holds a Certificate of Training in Obesity Interventions for Adults from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a Certified Health Coach certification from Villanova University.
