Originally hailing from Milwaukee, Wisconsin she has spent the majority of her life, in Oviedo, Florida. Emily initially pursued her education at The University of Central Florida (UCF) where she earned a bachelor's degree in psychology. Subsequently, she graduated from the University of North Florida (UNF) with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in nutrition/dietetics. Emily offers nutrition education and counseling for purposes. Specializes in chronic kidney disease management, weight control (whether it be weight loss or weight gain), and providing nutritional guidance to weightlifters ranging from novice to advanced level. Furthermore, Emily serves as a professor at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ). Adhering to the philosophy of "every food fits " Emily tailors each nutrition plan to suit the needs of individuals. Her aim is to optimize their intake without imposing restrictions so that they can build strength and develop confidence in their eating habits. During her leisure time, Emily enjoys engaging in workouts at Titan Up Fitness (such, as weightlifting and HIIT) participating in kickball matches, ice skating, dancing, biking, supporting her team (The Green Bay Packers) exploring destinations through travel experiences attending informative nutritional conferences and seminars while also contributing towards animal charities.
