Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer, I want to emphasize the importance of not resorting to dieting or excessive exercise in order to manipulate your body size or improve your "health." From experience and years of education, I have come to realize that the solution is actually simpler than it may seem. The journey, towards becoming an eater may feel unfamiliar and sometimes challenging. I am here to support you in learning how to trust yourself in making choices that truly align with your needs. I am genuinely excited about getting to know you and assisting you in reaching a place where you can embrace the pleasure of food and movement. Throughout a series of personalized one-on-one sessions, we will. Address your relationship with food and physical activity aiming for an approach that nourishes and supports your body on your own terms. Our ultimate objective will be achieving food freedom. No limitations or rigid rules to follow just you developing trust within yourself and honoring your body by making decisions that feel right, for you. To start our journey together we will have a session where we can get acquainted. During this session, we will discuss your goals, history, and what you hope to gain from our nutrition counseling sessions. Let's determine if we're a match, for each other and talk about the package options available. While there are packages offered for 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months it's important to remember that rebuilding your relationship with food and exercise requires time. This journey is yours. We'll collaborate to find the package that best aligns, with your needs!
